We envision a movement where trained lay believers serve alongside pastors, extending pastoral care beyond the pulpit into everyday life. Through biblical training, practical guidance, and Spirit-led empowerment, churches become nurturing communities where no one is overlooked, and every individual is strengthened in Christ.
